Acceptance and website purpose
By using this website, you agree to these terms and applicable law. The site provides general information about PPCScale, Amazon PPC management, account-review inquiries, and related service directions. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
No service agreement from a form submission
Submitting an inquiry does not create an agency, consulting, partnership, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. PPCScale may evaluate fit and scope before accepting work. Access, deliverables, fees, decision authority, confidentiality, and service terms must be confirmed separately in writing.
Permitted use
You may view and use public website materials for lawful, personal, or internal business evaluation. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, remove proprietary notices, or present PPCScale materials as your own.
