How PPCScale works

A reviewable operating method for Amazon PPC.

The purpose is simple: help experienced people identify important signals, make controlled decisions, and leave a clear record of what happened next.

The control loop

Detect → Review → Approve → Execute → Record → Verify

Not every action should have the same permission. Material changes follow the authority agreed with the client.

  1. 01

    Detect

Organize structural issues, waste, missed coverage, and signals that deserve attention.

  2. 02

    Review

Assess data against goals, margin, inventory, history, and risk.

  3. 03

    Approve

Apply the client’s documented change-authority rules.

  4. 04

    Execute

Use the approved manual, bulk-file, or API-supported path.

  5. 05

    Record

Document the reason, owner, and before-and-after state.

  6. 06

    Verify

Check the result and decide whether to keep, refine, or reverse.

API-supported

Technology supports the workflow. It does not promise the outcome.

Amazon Ads API access can support data collection and account actions when permissions, endpoints, data latency, failures, and safeguards are handled correctly.

Business context and material decisions remain a human responsibility.

Change authority

Not every change should have the same permission.

Routine

Low-risk analysis, reporting, annotations, and recommendations.

Guardrailed

Approved actions performed inside a written range.

Explicit approval

Material budget, structure, launch, pause, target, or strategy decisions defined in the engagement.

Transparency

What clients should be able to see.

  • The issue or opportunity.
  • The evidence used.
  • The proposed action and risk.
  • The owner and approval state.
  • The executed before-and-after state.
  • The next verification point.

Clear answers

Frequently asked questions.

What is the PPCScale control loop?

The control loop is Detect, Review, Approve, Execute, Record, and Verify. It keeps evidence, authority, actions, and follow-up connected.

Are all account changes automated?

No. Actions can be analytical, recommended, guardrailed, approval-only, manual, bulk-file supported, or API-supported depending on risk and agreed authority.

Why record changes?

A change record helps the client understand what happened, why it happened, who approved it, and what should be checked next.

Can an API know the brand’s full business context?

No. Data access does not independently explain margin, inventory pressure, launches, brand priorities, or tolerance for risk.
